TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME

Transit Time:

Typically, our standard shipping time within the United States ranges from 5 to 8 business days (Monday through Friday). It’s important to note that this estimate excludes order processing, which usually takes about 1 to 2 business days.

Note: For all orders shipping tax is $15.

Order Cut-off Time:

Orders placed on business days (Monday through Friday) before 4 PM will be processed and shipped on the same day. Orders submitted after this cut-off time will be processed on the following business day.

Handling:

We take care of your packing and handle so that it receive you in a good and perfect condition, which may take 1-2 business days.

TRACKING

Order Tracking:

Once your order is an route, watch for a shipping confirmation email. This email will contain a tracking number, allowing you to track your package’s progress. Please note that it may take some time for the tracking information to become available in the system, so your patience is appreciated!

Tracking Issues:

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation Process: To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team immediately at support@bagimart.shop. If the order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it and issue a refund promptly. However, if the order has already been processed, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, we will assist you with the return process.
